Claims Processor
You'll handle claim applications, verify documentation, and communicate with clients. It's detail-oriented work. You need patience and solid organizational skills. This role reports directly to our Claims Manager.

Own the relationship with 15-20 clients. Answer questions, solve problems, proactively check in. You're the voice of Shield. We need someone empathetic and sharp—someone who actually enjoys talking to people.

Write emails, social media, blog posts, web copy. You'll make disability insurance feel human and approachable. Experience with B2B marketing is great. Portfolio required—show us what you've made.

Review client histories and health information to assess risk. This is temporary (6 months, possibly longer). You need healthcare or insurance background. Strong analytical skills are non-negotiable.
