Our Story
Started in 2008 when our founder realized most people had zero clue what their disability insurance actually covered. Spent the first few years just talking to clients, figuring out what they really needed versus what insurance companies wanted to sell them. Opened the Split office in 2011. Grew slowly on purpose — we turned down bigger contracts if it meant hiring people who actually cared about getting details right. Today we've got 47 active clients and a reputation for not dragging our feet on claims. That matters to us.
